1. SIRA TAREEKH KE AAINYE MEIN (Sira Through the Ages)-1986
History of Sira which was a capital of Deccan during the Adil Shahi period of Bijapur, Mughal dynasty and Marathas and Hyder Ali and Tipu Sultan of Mysore.(Published with a partial financial assistance , KARNATAKA URDU ACADEMY BANGALORE.

2. DRAME KA FAN AUR ANARKALI (1990)
The Art of drama and analysis of Drama ‘Anarkali’. The character of drama Anarkali which is also a title of Drama, was a court dancer of Mughal emperor Akbar the great. Prince Jahangeer fell in love with the dancer. Akbar can’t tolerate the sin committed by his son and the court dancer. He could not punish the lonely prince who will be the successor of his dynasty. The only punished was the poor dancer who was buried alive in the wall at Lahore. Author Imtiyaz Ali Taj has brought this theme in a very impressive way in the form of Drama which became the Master piece of Urdu literature. ( First Edition Published with Partial financial assistance of Dr. Fakruddin Ali Ahmed Memorial Committee Lucknow. Revised Edition of Drame Ka Fun aur Anarkali 1994.)

3. AZRABE SULTANI / FATEH NAMA TIPU SULTAN (1990)
First hand information of Historical wars between Tipu Sultan and allied forces of Marathas of Pune and Nizam of Hyderabad, written by court poet of Tipu Sultan Hasan Ali Izzat in the year 1785 A.D / 1200 Hijri, in the poetic form. The manuscript is the property of Salar Jung Museum, was edited and published with my preface in the year 1990. The basic work was very much appreciated in the literary circle. The same is translated and transliterated in Hindi in the year 2003 (Karnataka Urdu Academy Bangalore has given Award on this book in the Year 1993)

4. TASVUF AUR SOOFIYA-E-KIRAM (1992)
This book reveals about the Sufism, life sketches of sufies of various cults and their genealogical tress, which is the rare collection about sufies and their services to mankind and society and integrity of human beings. (Joint work with S.A. Khatai) Kannada translation Dharamgnayana mathu Muslim santaru work in progress

5. GHAVSI KI MASNAVIYUN KA TANQEEDI MUTALEA 1997
(Critical Evaluation of Ghavasi’s Masnavies) Ghavasi was a court poet of Abdulla Khutub Shah of Golkunda, he has written 3 masnavies ( Poetic form of Novel) 1. Maina Satvanti. 2. Saiful Mulook – o – Badeeul Jamal (Love story of prince of Egypt and daughter of an angel) and 3. Tooti Namah ( 72 stories of Shoka Sabtati originally written in Sanskrit, selected 45 stories translated to urdu by Ghavasi from Persian) is my Ph. D thesis. Bangalore University has awarded degree in the year 1989. (Published with partial financial assistance, K.U.A .B`LORE)

2) Bangalor e University has awarded Ph.D on my thesis “ Crtical Analysis of Ghavasi’s

Masnavies” in recognition of this achievement as a first Ph.D of Bangalore University , Urdu Teacher’s Association has given a certificate and Memento on 21st Dec 1996.

3) Karnataka Urdu Academy Bangalore has given Silver Jubilee Memento on its occasion for the urdu translation of Drama TIPU SULTAN written by Basheer in Kannada on 29th March 2000.

4)Tipu Ratna Award was given to me for the translation of the book Shringeri Shardambeya punar pratishta nrupa TIPU SULTAN by Talkadu Chikkarange Gowda was translated to Urdu by me on Dec 29 2001.On this occasion Memento Shawl and certificate was presented to me.

5) Akhila Bharatiya Bhasha Sahitya Sammelan 2004 in its 17th Annual session held in Bangalore from 14th June to 16th June 2004 has conferred “ SAHITYA SREE AWARD for my life time literary achievements in Urdu literature on 15- 6-2004. This is the first award to a Urdu Scholar in Karnataka. On this occasion shawl and certificate was presented to me.
